As done previously, since 2003, Project Evaluation Sessions will be implemented.
a) daily meetings with the staff – animaters;
b) Meetings with the leaders of the groups – “leaders meeting”- every 3 days or whenever they ask for it;
c) General evaluations meetings every 5 days (where the main ideas, programme and working rules of the project will be presented);
d) In the end a final evaluation questionnaire will be distributed.
Youngsters will be invited to evaluate the works development and to present suggestions. These evaluation sessions will be a wonderful way to make youngsters dialogue and communicate. Besides the evaluation meetings we’ll use a “Message Book” – the web site can also be used for that purpose – and a “Message/Suggestion Box”.
