Surfar em Peniche<\/strong><\/p>\n A manh\u00e3 de quinta-feira, 19, come\u00e7ou com alguma neblina, mas o entusiasmo em cima para realizar mais um desafio do programa do IYSCPT 2012, a sess\u00e3o de inicia\u00e7\u00e3o surf na praia de Peniche.<\/p>\n A malta acordou pelas 7h30, para tomar o pequeno-almo\u00e7o e para ter tempo de fazer a digest\u00e3o antes da hora marcada para entrar em a\u00e7\u00e3o nas pranchas, e logo a seguir voltaram \u00e0 cama, mais uns minutos de descanso, porque aqui tudo conta para dar \u00e0 pestana, e pelas 9h30 sa\u00edmos a caminho de Peniche com todos os equipamentos necess\u00e1rios \u2013 tapa ventos, guarda-s\u00f3is, pranchas, fatos e prote\u00e7\u00e3o solar porque o dia prometia de novo ser intenso de sol.<\/p>\n Chegados, instal\u00e1mos tudo e recebemos o monitor de Surf, o Pedro, que amigavelmente nos contou todos os pormenores t\u00e9cnicos sobre a melhor maneira de abordar o mar e a prancha e assim cortar as ondas em planos sofisticados.<\/p>\n A Sofia, o Carlos, o Rui, o Jo\u00e3o, a Alice, o Carmel, o Sofian, o Boubacar, o Laid, estavam a postos e animados para entrar na \u00e1gua. Realizaram os v\u00e1rios exerc\u00edcios propostos, mesmo antes de se fazerem \u00e0 \u00e1gua e l\u00e1 foram.<\/p>\n Acompanhados pelo Pedro, fizeram-se \u00e0s ondas e com o tempo perceberam que, tal como para muitas situa\u00e7\u00f5es na vida, o tempo, a aprendizagem, a disciplina, o esfor\u00e7o e a dedica\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o muito importantes para poder atingir os objetivos. Apesar disso, da dificuldade e do facto de ningu\u00e9m ter conseguido sacar nenhuma onda, ficando pelos mergulhos baixos, o grupo prometeu que vai continuar a tentar.<\/p>\n Depois do almo\u00e7o, tarde descontra\u00edda, com a descoberta da Vila de \u00d3bidos, em tempo livre para um gelado ou uma bebida e para umas compras de \u00faltima hora, como foi o caso da prenda para a Alice, que ontem fazia anos, tendo merecido de todos, \u00e0 noite, depois do jantar, uma bela homenagem, com bolo, m\u00fasica e bastante anima\u00e7\u00e3o. O dia fechou, com o jogo das palavras, e que os jogadores deveriam ultrapassar uma s\u00e9rie de barreiras at\u00e9 adquirir o maior n\u00famero de letras e assim compor o maior n\u00famero de palavras.<\/p>\n A noite caiu e o dia seguinte aproximava-se velozmente, pois havia mais uma jornada a come\u00e7ar \u00e0s 7h30 para se fazer a inicia\u00e7\u00e3o ao Mergulho.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n\n\t\t
